Please note: Our office is only open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you contact us by e-mail or by phone after 5 p.m. Thursday, normally we will not be able to return your message until Tuesday, unless it is urgent. However, if you do not receive a response from us in a timely fashion, please do send your message again, as sometimes e-mail is lost or accidentally spam-filtered. Thank you for your patience.

Please help us welcome Mary Ann Wentzel as a Front Office Coordinator. She comes from a Plastic Surgery background and has lived in the Phoenix area for quite some time. She too is a hard worker with an infectious laugh and has a true passion for patient care. She has been here one week and is doing a great job.

Sadly, we say farewell to Catherine Cid. We wish her luck with her new job. Her last day with us was Thursday, July 24th.

Please help me extend a very warm welcome to two new employees. They are all doing a wonderful job and learning as quickly as possible. I imagine it will be only a short period before we are able to provide a more rapid response to those important phone calls and emails.
Karen Crawford - Assisting behind the scenes with Debbie Gill in Portland, Oregon. She is detail oriented, ever so kind and brings her unique talent of being very diplomatic. She always has a smile in her voice. She is there to help with data entry, insurance and other duties as assigned. She is being taught by Debbie who is skilled, loyal, compassionate and an incredibly hard worker.
In Scottdale, we have:
Carolyn Clifford - Fresh out of Ohio, she will be helping Carole with Scheduling (Hopefully, we won't confuse too many people with the name similarity)and me with a multitude of task. Yes, I finally have an assistant after over 15 years. I guess that means I need to learn to delegate. I promise you all I will try very hard. Carolyn has a perpetual smile, great work ethic and a lot of passion for assisting others.
Just give us a little time and I am confident we will be running at full speed again very soon.
