Welcome

This page provides information on the procedures and services provided by Dr. Meltzer. It answers many of the common questions that have been asked by patients, and should help prospective patients understand the procedures and process.

Information about Dr. Meltzer and our office and staff, Scottsdale-related travel tips and patient- and patient care-related forms may be found here.

Please note: Our office is only open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you contact us by e-mail or by phone after 5 p.m. Thursday, normally we will not be able to return your message until Tuesday, unless it is urgent. However, if you do not receive a response from us in a timely fashion, please do send your message again, as sometimes e-mail is lost or accidentally spam-filtered. Thank you for your patience.

REGARDING EMAILS AND SPAm

Once again we have updated our spam filter. Please remember, there is always the possibility that your email may go to the spam filter. Once it gets earmarked as spam, it may continue to go to the spam folder unless we are able to catch it and mark it "not spam". Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

A couple of tips:
1) Never send an urgent message via spam. Please pick up the phone and give us a call. Our main number is 866-876-6329 or 480-657-7006 and is answered Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM and from 2:30 PM until 5:00 PM. The best days for non-urgent call are on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
2) We are closed on Fridays, so emails you send on Thursdays may not be seen until Monday evening as Mondays are rather busy.
2) If you are sending something you need us to see relatively soon, you may want to give us a quick call to let us know it is coming, so we can scrutinize the spam folder.
3) If you have not heard from us in over a week, please give us a call. We have an alternate email that we can check, but it is not posted on this site. You will need to give us a call.
4) Routine questions should go to our main email at questions?
and they will be routed to the appropriate individual.

Thanks again for all of your patience. I do hope this will keep the large volume of email running smoothly.
